r\u00e9alis\u00e9e en <a href=\"https:\/\/ateliermlh.archi\/?portfolio=maisons-individuelles-malakoff-rehabilitation-surelevation-et-construction-de-2-maisons\">deux phases<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">La premi\u00e8re phase ici pr\u00e9sent\u00e9e a consist\u00e9 en la restructuration d\u2019une petite maison de ville ordinaire, \u00e0 la structure h\u00e9t\u00e9rog\u00e8ne. Principalement orient\u00e9e nord et est avec peu d\u2019ouverture, la maison existante \u00e9tait sombre \u2013 ce qui repr\u00e9sentait \u00e9galement un avantage de fra\u00eecheur en \u00e9t\u00e9 qui devait \u00eatre conserv\u00e9. La sur\u00e9l\u00e9vation du b\u00e2timent a permis de creuser un vide au c\u0153ur de l\u2019habitation, reliant l\u2019escalier existant avec le nouveau, cr\u00e9ant ainsi un puits de lumi\u00e8re sur toute la hauteur de la maison. Le dernier niveau cr\u00e9\u00e9 s\u2019ouvre largement au sud, avec des ouvertures et des protections solaires limitant les apports de chaleur en \u00e9t\u00e9, tout comme la couleur blanche choisie pour le rev\u00eatement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">Sur le plan technique, les murs existants ne permettaient pas de porter la nouvelle charge. Un portique en m\u00e9tal a \u00e9t\u00e9 redessin\u00e9 pour venir s\u2019appuyer sur le mur mitoyen en moellon, enjambant ensuite la maison. Le reste de la structure est en bois.
